Hello!

 

I'm Hannah and next to me is Dixie. I'm originally from Vermont but I currently live in Portland, OR and my heart is stuck in the tight grasp of Montana. Let's just say, I like to move around and experience new places.

 

I've wanted to be a lot of different things in my life. Once I wanted to be a massage therapist, then a nurse (but needles make me faint,) and once I wanted to be an elementary school teacher. I ended up getting a bachelors of arts in journalism, with a focus in photojournalism from the University of Montana. I love photography; I love a lot of things actually. I love fishing, snowboarding, hiking, doing yoga, eating, knitting, making jewelry, the list could go on forever, really. 

 

Fishing and photography are what have fueled this other, much larger idea which happens to be dependent on all the things that I love doing. To make it simple, it's the idea that women should be able wear skirts fishing. That girls should be outfitted to hold huge browns with fashion and function in mind. And I mean that on a much larger scale. 

 

I am a girl, I like to dress like a girl and I like to ADVENTURE! 

 

I 'm hoping this blog will take me on more adventures and help shrink the size of my closet all at the same time; and maybe it does something for you too. Anyone who knows me, knows that Dixie is my adventure companion so there will be plenty of goodies for our four-legged babies as well.

 

So here's to the adventure and finding what's out there for us to bring along on the ride!
